Huntington Students “Deck the Halls” in Celebrating Spirit Week

Kiara Gelbman, Editor

With the holidays quickly approaching, Huntington High School is getting in the holiday mindset with spirit week. After showing up to school in pajamas like a cozy christmas morning on Monday, wearing their class colors on Tuesday, and wearing white like a snowstorm on Wednesday, they will continue their spirit with ugly sweater and festive day. Huntington High School’s student government orchestrated their first annual Deck the Halls in which students stayed after school on Tuesday, December 17th to decorate their given portion of the hallway based on grade. The grade with the most points based on factors like participation in spirit week and decorations wins. Be sure to vote on your favorite “Deck the Halls” display here.
